Thee below files are from my previous Masters and should give you an idea of my past experiences and skills. They are a bit dated now, most of them pre-date this website and are here for reference only.
Punishment Spreadsheet
A previous Master made the slave put together a random punishment spreadsheet, the idea was that where Master deemed necessary the slave could generate a random period in chastity, whips of the cane and some other things. If the Master didn’t feel that the initial punishment fitted the thing the slave was being punished for the slave would click generate again.
This is a long document. When the slave was being considered by it’s first Master he had it complete an application form. It consisted of some basic questions, a practical task, a research task and a survey to assess my limits. Please note that task 3 of the application has been updated and is correct as of today.
Welcome Pack
A previous Owner produced this welcome pack for it when the slave first entered his service. It gives more information on how the slave was to serve him. Hopefully it reinforces the fact that for this is more than just about sex. It is more of a way of life.
The above list is simply a schedule of what Lord Mike liked it to wear, when. Of course he could change it without notice and the slave would comply. This was changed by it’s last Owner to what is on the rules.
spreadsheet the slave was required to complete every Sunday and email to Master. It contains what the slave propose to wear, eat, buy and do. It also contains a daily journal along with details of any punishments the slave was given. This is a blank copy.
The slave was asked to research various Chasity devices. This is what the slave found out.

The below documents give Master permissions over the slave in perpetuity. They cover a range of topics related to its servitude. The below documents have names redacted but signed contracts exist and will be provided to any new owner.

Forms
Originally the slave was required to fill in these forms to make various requests to Master or confess any wrong doings. These are hosted on Google Forms.
This form was to be filled in daily to keep Master up to date and show it was behaving as expected
This form was used to allow the slave to suggest ways it could improve Master’s life or further torment its own.
The slave was required to submit this for to confess any wrong doings and request punishment for them.
The slave would use this form to record any punishments it received.
Outside of permitted hours the slave would request to piss either via text or verbally. Sometimes this was grated, sometimes denied and occasionally Master would tell it to formally request to go by filling in this form.
This form was used to report any toilet usage outside of designated times.
Several times a year Master would require the slave to log any erections it got over set periods (normally a week). It used this form to do so.
If the slave lost an erection it was ordered to maintain it would fill out this form.
A form for all requests apart from punishments. Things like permission to attend an event, to wear underwear or leave from duties are covered by this form
Used to upload photos verifying chastity lockup, task completion etc.
